Welcome to the Boutique Cellar Experience at Villa Edera & La Torretta — a story of Liguria told in four glasses. 

Reserved for adults-only, and designed for travellers who crave authenticity, intimacy, and terroir, this experience is a rare find on the Italian Riviera.

“Liguria in a Glass”: A Tasting With a Soul

This isn’t about swirling and spitting.
It’s about listening.

Each tasting is guided by our sommelier Daniele Crepaldi and framed around a narrative that unfolds like a love letter to Liguria — a region of heroic vineyards, steep coastal terraces and winemakers who still speak to the vines.

You’ll taste through four emblematic wines — from the minerality of the eastern Riviera’s Albarola and Bianchetta Genovese, to the sun-drenched personality of a Pigato from Albenga, and then discover the land through our own wines:

A rosé made from Sangiovese grosso, grown right here in Moneglia

And a bold, elegant red, La Vigna Ritrovata, crafted exclusively for our restaurant with the consultation of famed Ligurian winemaker Walter De Battè

Each glass is paired with creative Ligurian bites by the kitchen of Orto Ritrovato, using seasonal herbs and vegetables harvested from our garden just steps away.

A Setting That Speaks for Itself

The tasting takes place in our open-air Mediterranean garden, surrounded by citrus trees, climbing jasmine, and ancient olive groves. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed — a far cry from crowded wineries or commercial tasting rooms.

It’s designed for small groups only, keeping the experience private, personal, and unforgettable.
