Angelo – Orietta’s husband and Francesca’s father – poured his heart and soul into this land since he was a boy. Years ago, he decided to bring his vision to life: crafting his own exceptional wines with the guidance of Walter De Batté, a renowned oenologist from the nearby Cinque Terre.

Now, you can experience the fruits of their passion! At the Verbena Bar, our hotel’s cozy wine cellar, and the Orto Ritrovato restaurant, you can savor our three distinctive wine labels:

  • "La Vigna Ritrovata" (The Rediscovered Vineyard): A rich and robust red made from Sangiovese grapes.
  • "Cherry Soul": A vibrant and refreshing rosé crafted from the same Sangiovese grapes.
  • "Ghe N’è Poco" (There’s Not Much): A crisp and aromatic white wine created from local Bosco grapes.
