No chefs and no printed menus—just the honest joy of shared conversation and home-cooking rooted 100% in Ligurian tradition.
From May to September, these convivial tables are set under the grapevine archway or the pergola.
It is a rare, unhurried ritual of true connection.

Verbena Bar: Nature in a Glass
Francesco Badeli transforms the botanicals from our own garden into unique, sustainable spirits. Each signature cocktail or mocktail is a sensory journey through our landscape, captured in a glass just steps from where the herbs were gathered.
Chef Edi Schiaffino recommends savoring the Genoese pesto (know more about it with our Pesto-Making Experience) with durum-wheat linguine, a Ligurian classic, or pairing her traditional walnut sauce with our herb-stuffed homemade ravioli—a true taste of our heritage.

- The Sfizio Menu: Light, artisanal bites available Wednesday to Monday (closed on Tuesdays)
- Daily Garden Supper, The Full Soul Stay: three courses of honest fare- a traditional pasta dish and a main, paired with your choice of either a starter or a sweet finish.
- Heritage Family Dinners: Convivial feasts hosted every Wednesday and Saturday, featuring a different traditional menu each evening.
